Feet in the water facing the sea in a very quiet and very sought-after dead end (few cars compared to the seafront of Narbone Plage). You can swim on the beach in front of the house, or in the swimming pool in a garden well sheltered from view and from the wind at the back of the house. The swimming pool has an automatic salt water treatment (very soft low salt water), an electric cleaning robot and an electric security roller shutter (+ fence). You can also drink an aperitif on the terrace facing the sea. 2 steps from the port of Narbonne-plage, shops and the market of Saint-Pierre-la-Mer (all year). The Clappe massif can be reached in a few minutes on foot for hikers and mountain bikers.
Compulsory cleaning of 150 € to be paid on arrival at the agency.

All seasons: summer and winter you will appreciate the new reversible air conditioning (2023), double glazing, and electric shutters. The house and the area are very pleasant during the winter, the view is magnificent.
